Who are the candidates to lead the FGJCDMX?

  • Anaid Elena Valero Manzano. He is a specialist in Criminal Law from UNAM. What’s next in the process?

In accordance with the call approved by the Citizen Judicial Council, which carries out the process to elect the person who will take the reins of the capital’s prosecutor’s office, this Monday the 11th there will be a public session to review the files of the registered people, on Tuesday On the 12th, the list of applicants who meet the eligibility requirements will be approved and on Wednesday the 13th, the list of eligible applicants will be published.

“The process will continue with the receipt of opinions from citizens and public hearings with citizen advisors, from November 13 to 16; interviews with candidates, which will take place from November 18 to 20; approval of the preselected on November 22; confidence exams from November 23 to 28 and will culminate with the publication of the shortlist on December 2 in a public session, all this year,” the Congress of Mexico City announced.
