The Monitor Business of Corporate Reputation (Merco) published its 2024 ranking, highlighting the companies with the greatest prestige in Chile. In its 15th edition, the report highlights the growing importance of corporate reputation, evaluated through more than 55 thousand surveys that include the views of specialists, companies and public opinion.
Topping the list, Free market reaffirms its leadership by occupying first place for the second consecutive year. According to Merco, its success is due to its constant innovation, diversification of services and social commitment, factors that have strengthened its image since it entered the ranking in 2018.
In second place is Banco de Chilian entity recognized for its financial strength and its impact on the community. The institution has maintained a constant focus on transparency and sustainability, elements that have allowed it to stand out among competitors in the banking sector.
Third place belongs to BCIwhich continues to gain ground thanks to its customer-oriented strategy and its commitment to digitalization. These initiatives have cemented its reputation as one of the most trusted financial institutions in the country.
The ranking also highlights the progress of other companieslike Google and Metro de Santiago, which rose significantly in the ranking. These results reflect the ability of companies to adapt and respond to the expectations of their customers and society.
