“Attention to the public will not be provided at the Colpensiones – PAC Attention Points at the national level, from on Monday, December 30 until Friday, January 3, 2025. Attention to citizens will be restored as of Tuesday, January 7, 2025,” they added..
As established in the statement, the suspension of tasks is intended to guarantee better performance and safety in the services offered to members and pensioners.
On the other hand, the entity called on users to plan in advance any procedure related to their pensions, thus avoiding inconveniences during this period.
