He Ministry of Job This Thursday he reminded everyone employers present to the General Directorate of Job (DGT) Worksheet of the Staff Fixed (DGT-3) within the first fifteen days of January 2025.
Through a press release, he stressed that the Forms of the Staff Fixed will be renewed annually and will be deposited with the General Directorate of Job until the indicated date, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 of Regulation 258-93 for the application of the Code of Job.
Regarding the renewal, he pointed out that it is essential to update the data of the company and the establishments to be able to continue with the registration in the System Integrated Labor Records (Sirla).
He said that the document is also required to be registered through the virtual office at the electronic address: ovi.mt.gob.do to proceed to register its workers, in the establishment where they are providing services.
The institution indicated that, once they are sure that the information contained in the Worksheet are correct, they must make the corresponding payment.
He reported that, for the registrations of new companies or employersyou must follow the procedure in the ovi.mt.gob.do virtual office and press the new company option to create the user.
Once the user is created and following the system steps, the company and establishment data will be completed.
As soon as the registration of the workers has been completed and their DGT-3 has been sent, it will generate the amount to be paid.
For payments, both of the renewals of the Worksheet such as for registrations of new companies or employersthere are two options: through an electronic transaction with a credit or debit card, as well as acquiring a PIN at one of the Local Representations of Job (RLT) and complete the registration.
“After the period of the first fifteen days of January, if the employer has not complied with this legal mandate, he will be susceptible to the labor criminal sanctions contemplated in the Labor Code. Job”, the entity detailed.
