The Ministry of Public Education establishes as a disabled day on May 1, on the occasion of Labor Day
On May 5, for the anniversary of the Battle of Puebla, it falls on Monday. Therefore, the calendar marks a school bridge from Saturday 3 to Monday, May 5.
On Friday, May 30 is also marked as a day of school technical advice.
When the next bridge for workers?
May 1 is the only mandatory rest day for workers during this month, in accordance with article 74 of the Federal Labor Law.
Other days, such as May 5 or 30, do not appear in the legislation as unusual days, so you must attend your work normally.
The next legal rest will be until September 16, Independence Day. There are no federal bridges between May and that date, except individual agreements with employers.
