For this year, the Mexican government expects that on the Atlantic side there will be between 20 and 23 tropical cyclones, while in the Pacific there would be up to 18.
The hurricane and cyclone season is still valid, as Conagua estimates that it will end on November 30.
There are even currently three hurricanes in the Atlantic: Kirk, Leslie and Milton.
The 2024 hurricane season makes history as it is for the first time that there are 3 hurricanes at the same time in October.
