The men’s and women’s wheelchair basketball teams from Brazil met their opponents at the World Cup, which will be played from June 9 to 20, 2023 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

The men’s team is in Group A of the competition, in which it will face Australia, Italy and the United Arab Emirates. The women’s team is part of Group B, alongside Australia, Canada, Spain, China and Great Britain.
The teams’ places in the World Cup were won in the Copa América of the modality, played at the Paralympic Training Center, in São Paulo, in July 2022.
