The Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, highlighted this Wednesday “the importance” that “Congress sets a roadmap”, within the framework of the presentation in the Chamber of Deputies of the 2023 Budget bill and in clear reference to the non-approval of the project for the year 2022, last December.
“When there is no roadmap defined by Congress, it ends up influencing the development of the State and whatever the Budget, it is important that Congress set a roadmap. Let 2023 work with goals to give the state and society predictability“, assured the minister.
Massa highlighted “the importance of the search for consensus” at the beginning of his presentation in the Chamber of Deputies on the 2023 Budget project, in a meeting in which authorities from the body and from the different blocks participated.
Massa explains the macroeconomic variables projected by the Government of a 2% increase in the growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), a deficit of 1.9% and an average inflation of 60%.
Massa exposes in the Delia Parodi room of the lower house before the members of the Budget Commission, chaired by Carlos Heller, the central data of the Budget project.
