Women’s boxing silver medalist Atheyna Bylon will arrive in the country at 5:45 p.m. from Paris, where she participated in the Olympic Games. Other athletes such as Hillary Heron will also be on this flight, as well as part of the Panama delegation that was at the games.
It is expected that once they arrive at Tocumen International Airport they will be transferred to the Presidency of the Republic where an official ceremony will be held with the President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, and where the director of Pandeportes, Miguel Ordóñez, and the director of the National Police, Jaime Fernández, will be present. This event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
After the events in the Yellow Hall of the Presidency have concluded, the athletes will be taken in a caravan along the Cinta Costera to Urraca Park, where it will be open to the public and they will be able to share with the Panamanians who experienced each of our athletes’ participation in these recently completed Olympic Games.
For the rest of the week, several events are expected with Atheyna Bylon by the National Police, also by the Olympic Boxing Federation of Panama and other institutions and companies that wish to pay tribute to our Olympic silver medalist,
