As announced by the President of the Republic, Luis Lacalle, gasoline and diesel will have a rise of 3 pesos per liter and 5 pesos per diesel, although this Thursday the 31st he will hold a meeting with his ministers for the definitive fixing that will govern from of this April 1, according to the approval of the Law of Urgent Consideration (LUC).
According to what Lacalle said in the Mercedes this Wednesday 30, the Super gasoline will cost 77.88 pesos, which means an increase of 4%; Premium gasoline would cost 79.85 pesos, that is, it would rise by 3.9% and diesel oil would cost 58.99 pesos, which implies an increase of 9.2%.
This Thursday the president will hold a meeting with his ministers and the final official announcement will be made.
