From Social Prosperity explain that the scores can be high because economic and social factors are taken into account such as education, employment, health, household composition, housing and home characteristics, among others related to the environment.
“All people in the country with a valid document can be registered in Sisbén. However, your ranking depends on your earning capacity and quality of life. It is important to note that there are people registered in Sisbén who have a classification that does not allow them to access any social program,” they officially stated.
“Nevertheless, If it is detected that a person was registered in the Sisbén database with irregularities in their information, a complaint can be filed with the DNP”, they added from the government agency.

If you know of a case where the information is false and you are receiving a benefit that does not correspond to you, it is possible to make a report.
“For this it is necessary, to the extent possible, to have information about the person reported such as names, surnames and identification document number, and attach the supports that demonstrate that there was fraud,” indicates Social Prosperity.
