The difference of the undecided between one measurement and the other is a few points, but in all public opinion studies there is a striking coincidence: less than three weeks before the referendum of the Law of Urgent Consideration (LUC), those who say they still have not decided their vote are between a fifth and a little more than a quarter of the voters.
