How to get a child’s passport in Colombia?
For minors
1- You must be accompanied by your parents or legal representative.
2- Carry the civil death record in case one of the parents has died.

3- Special power granted by parents to a third party. It must be accompanied by the parents’ identification documents and must be done before a judge or a notary public.
4- If you are abroad, this process must be done at the Consulate.
