What is known about the attack on the bar in Querétaro that left 10 dead

“The emergency services arrived at the scene and confirmed that at least four people arrived armed with long weapons, aboard a truck, which was identified and the license plate numbers were obtained,” the official said.

Of the 10 people who lost their lives due to gunshots, seven are men and three are women. Ferrusca Ortiz indicated that a person is in custody to be presented before the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Querétaro.

When following up on the vehicle used by the four subjects to carry out the attack, it was located on fire in the municipality of El Marqués moments after the events.

The governor of Querétaro, Mauricio Kuri, assured that “the entire security system of Querétaro is mobilized to find the criminals.”

Kuri indicated that the Ministry of Health has been instructed to provide care to the families of the fatal victims of the attack, as well as the injured people.

“I reiterate to Querétaro society that there will be punishment for those responsible for this brutal act, we will continue to protect our borders and maintain the security of our State,” he published on his X account.
