What do I do if I did not process my AFP withdrawal request, according to the schedule

The AFP Association created a schedule for the sixth optional withdrawal of individual capitalization funds from pension funds, up to S/18,400. Do you know what happens if you go over the designated date by ID number?

Law No. 31478 allows members of the private pension system (SPP) to carry out the sixth optional and extraordinary withdrawal of up to four Tax Units, as part of a law approved by the government in order to alleviate the economic crisis caused by the pandemic.

According to the operating procedure, approved by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP, the member of Prima AFP, AFP Integra, Profuturo and AFP Hábitat who decides to submit a disbursement request, must do so within a stipulated period, according to the schedule. What if you missed the schedule?

IF I PASSED THE DATE TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION, WHAT CAN I DO?

The members of Prima AFP, AFP Integra, Profuturo and AFP Hábitat who do not submit their applications on the established dates, will be able to do so, freely, from July 26. In this way, requests will be received until the 90 calendar days established by law have expired. Namely, until September 10.

WHAT DATES ARE LEFT TO SUBMIT MY WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION, ACCORDING TO THE LAST DNI NUMBER?

Next, we present the other dates on which the withdrawal can be requested, according to the last number of the DNI.

• Last digit DNI 9: 12th of July.
• Last digit DNI 8: July 13.
• Last digit DNI 6: July 15.
• Last digit DNI 5: July 16th.
• Last digit DNI 4: July 17th.
• Last digit DNI 3: July 20th
• Last digit DNI 2: July 21.
• Last digit DNI 1: July 22.
• Last digit DNI 0 or another character: July 8, 11 and 25.

HOW WILL THE DISBURSEMENT OF THE SIXTH WITHDRAWAL OF THE AFP FUNDS BE MADE?

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFPs (SBS) approved the disbursement of the funds in three parts.

• First part: an UIT (S/4,600) 30 days after the request is submitted.
• Second part: one UIT (S/4,600) 30 days after delivery of the first amount.
• Third part: two UIT (S/9,200) 30 days after the second delivery.
