“Dagoberto leaves due to differences in Casa de Nariño in the way the energy and gas sector was intervening, which manages more than 120,000 million pesos with profits of more than 30%“, a close friend of Quiroga told the Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO.

Although he had refused to speak, Quiroga decided to give statements to EL TIEMPO about the audio and assured that “I don’t remember the conversation“.
Furthermore, he added: “Surely at Andesco we had some conversation and the situations that the two companies had (Interaseo of William Vélez and Air-e) were expressed. Suddenly that meeting could be caused. One tries to find agreed solutions through dialogue and that has happened with several companies. For me it is normal in the work of the Superintendency“.
