What can happen today in the Chamber of Deputies due to the Census Law?

Balderas expressed, as a Beni deputy, that the Population and Housing Census must be carried out in 2023qualifying as “disastrous” if it is carried out in 2024 because in March is a time of harvest and rain in Pando and the Beniano department.
