West Ham (England) announced that it signed an agreement to hire the Brazilian defender Luizão, 20 years old, who defended São Paulo. The reinforcement announcement was made on Sunday (18), on West Ham’s official Twitter account. The transaction values were not disclosed. According to the Reuters news agency, Luizão’s contract with the Premier League club – the first division of the English Championship – will run until mid-2026, subject to obtaining a work permit.

Last Wednesday (14), the defender had already said goodbye to the são-paulinos in post on Instagram. The contract with Tricolor would end at the end of January 2023.
