We start from today Friday with a luxury dance premiere. Nothing more and nothing less than Lizt Alfonso and his company, who will stage “Habana Fénix”, a tribute to the capital and its historian, Eusebio Leal. From Havana, the teacher Lizt invites you not to miss this play, which will be at the Martí Theater until May 21 and which promises to be an unforgettable experience.

World premiere “Havana Fénix”
The Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba company will premiere this Friday, May 5, its latest creation, entitled “Habana Fénix”, at the Martí Theater, at 7:00 p.m.

“The steed of my skeleton” in The Enchanted Deer
The company El Ciervo Encantando will premiere this Friday, May 5, the work “El corcel de mi esqueleto”. The piece comes from Alexander Diego and Aylen Luna, under the general direction of Nelda Castillo. Tickets will be on sale at the company’s own headquarters on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 2:00 p.m.

Hubert de Blanck Symphonic at the Oratorio San Felipe Neri
A concert with the music of the Cuban-Dutch composer Hubert de Blanck will arrive at the Oratorio San Felipe Neri this Saturday, May 6, at 4:00 p.m.
“Hubert de Blanck Sinfónico” will bring to the present day seven previously unpublished works by this composer and will feature the special participation of pianist Marcos Madrigal and soprano Bárbara Llanes.
Among the works that can be enjoyed are “La danza tropical” —a waltz for light soprano—, “Romanza, Cachuca y Tarantella” —a three-movement dance suite for orchestra—, “Capricho cubano”, and the “Andante ” and “Allegro”, the latter two for piano and orchestra.
