Weapons and illicit substances are detected inside a vehicle in Pacora

A 46-year-old man was arrested in the community of Santa Isabel, district of Pacora, this after the authorities carried out a search in a vehicle where firearms and possible illicit substance were located.

According to Commissioner Verísimo Pitty, head of the Pacora Police Zone, he said that a vehicle was stopped in the Cabra area and when the search was carried out they seized three 9-millimeter pistols, in addition to two sacks with rectangular packages that inside holds suspected illicit substances.

He stressed that they will carry out a more thorough search of the vehicles through the Public Ministry, adding that the investigations are being carried out to establish the origin and final destination of the alleged illicit substance linked to the crime of drug trafficking.
