During these years, numerous initiatives were presented with the objective of reversing the process of degradation of the institutionality of the Municipality.
In this sense, some of the most prominent ordinances and projects were 227/19, which allowed the creation of hundreds of jobs with the enabling of platforms such as Uber, Bolt and MUV.
There is also 285/20, which established sanitary norms for the reopening of premises under the sanitary protocol in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, through incentives for sustainable construction, in line with the fight against global warming and the protection of the cultural heritage; such as the residence of Serafina Dávalos, the first ANDE thermal power plant in Saxony, among others.
Legislative actions are also highlighted, such as the compilation and updating of the Regulatory Plan. That it attends to the regulation and combats the contamination generated by electoral propaganda and the repeated requests for the recovery of public spaces occupied in an irregular manner by the Armed Forces (Armed Forces), ANR and others.
