The Peruvian Japanese Theater was the scene of the first in-person event in Peru of Let’s Learn Together, an educational initiative of the BBVA which seeks to promote learning through inspiring conversations. Hundreds of attendees participated in the day that featured presentations by Millán Ludeña, Arun Mansukhani and Pilar Sordo.
The meeting was inaugurated by Fernando Eguiluz, CEO of BBVA in Peru, who highlighted the importance of education as a driver of transformation. “At BBVA we are convinced that education transforms lives, not only in the classrooms, but also in the conversations and examples that mobilize us,” he said.
The Ecuadorian athlete Millán Ludeña opened the day with the talk “Impossible is just a word”, in which he encouraged turning fear into inspiration and challenging one’s own limits.
Then, psychologist Arun Mansukhani addressed “The importance of having healthy relationships”, highlighting the relevance of interdependence, intimacy and autonomy in human bonds.
The closing was led by psychologist Pilar Sordo, who presented “Tell me how you talk and I’ll tell you who you are.” He reflected on the need to take care of internal dialogue and strengthen authenticity in an environment marked by constant comparison.
