With a serene voice and without losing his composure, Uribe Londoño went to Tarazona to highlight his courage during the nine weeks in which the 39 -year -old senator was admitted to the hospital in critical condition since the day of the attack, on June 7.

Uribe Londoño received a prolonged ovation from those present, in an intervention loaded with gratitude to congressmen, officials, diplomats, media and citizens who accompanied the family from the attack to the latter goodbye, as well as the medical staff of the Santa Fe Foundation that treated their son.
After his speech, the coffin covered with the Colombian flag left the Capitol towards the Primada Cathedral.
