Monreal Ávila shared a video on social networks in which he reported that the minute regarding the National Guard, to give an extension in its term to provide public security work in the country, will be discussed in united commissions this Monday.
The minute, which reforms the fifth article of the constitutional decree that created the National Guard in 2919, was endorsed by Morena, its allies from the Labor Party (PT) and Green Party (PVEM), plus most of those from the PRI, and rejected. by the PAN, PRD and MC.
The duration of the ruling discussions will be determined by the commissions, Monreal explained.
On Tuesday it can be presented before the full Senate, in first reading, and although the second reading could be waived, Monreal stated that all internal regulations will be complied with.
