The President of the Republic, Dina Boluartewill offer on Monday, July 28, his last message to La Nación for Patrias Fiestas before the Congress of the Republic, in which he is expected to take stock of his mandate.
A year ago, his speech generated expectation for the announcement of the creation of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the proposal for the fusion of ministerial portfolios. However, none of those promises was completed.
What left their mark was the duration of his speech: five hours of exposure, becoming the longest presidential message of the 21st century.
During the ceremony for the anniversary of the Peruvian Air Force (FAP), held last Wednesday, Boluarte said that this new speech will serve to account “of everything advanced and the challenges we have towards our last year of management.”
