Around 8:40 pm this Wednesday an explosive device was launched in the vicinity of the headquarters of the National Penitentiary and Prison Institute of Bogotáa fact that fortunately left no injuries but material damage and an affected SITP bus.
“We received a call informing us about an explosion at this point, This is an improvised device in a bag. Our technicians are already carrying out the work to establish the type of material that was used and the quantity,” said the commander of the Bogotá Police, General José Gualdrón.
