Concepción Carhuancho did not accept, for reasons of form and substance, the appeal filed for an alleged lack of impartiality in her performance as a judge, RPP reported.
This, for having taught a course for an institute last August 15, in which a slide was used to present photographs of Nicanor Boluarte and Mateo Castañeda with a diagram that would simulate the presentation of a criminal organization.
Nicanor Boluarte, brother of President Dina Boluarte, is in “non-existent” status after Judge Richard Concepción Carhuancho ordered 36 months of preventive detention against him.
The magistrate did not accept, for reasons of form and substance, the appeal filed for an alleged lack of impartiality in his performance as a judge. Judge Concepción Carhuancho determined that the challenge would be “extemporaneous” as it was raised after the three-day period established by article 54.2 of the Criminal Procedure Code had expired.
