SANTO DOMINGO (Dominican Republic).- Accepting the request of the Public Ministry, the Investigative Court of the judicial district of Puerto Plata issued an order to open a trial against the professional baseball player Wander Franco, for abuse of a teenager, and against her mother, for sexual exploitation and money laundering.
