Wal-Mart de México announced on Tuesday that it plans to increase its investments by 35% this year to 27.6 billion pesos (about 1.323 billion dollars).
On the other hand, the company announced that it aspires to have a fully electric delivery fleet by 2027, in a change that began last year.
Walmart in Mexico It also expects to double this year the number of users connected to its BAIT mobile phone service (Bodega Aurrera Internet and Telephony) that has served two million people, company executives said Tuesday.
The retailer’s director of growth, Beatriz Nuñez, stated that currently the BAIT lines represent around almost 2% of the total in the countryever since they launched the service a couple of years ago.
