The Villarrica Guarantee Court admitted the complaint for the crimes of animal abuse and violation of the Hunting Law, against the official of the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) in the region of La Araucanía Claudio Bragado, by Stefan Bernegger and against all those responsible for the macabre act recorded on video.
It is worth mentioning that from the SAG itself they reported the progress of the judicial process, through a statement, pointing out that the entity “reaffirms its commitment to the citizenry to continue reporting the progress of this case that has hit the institution hard already citizenship in general, and that are considered unacceptable for the correct action of the official”.

In Chile, animal abuse is a crime of public criminal action, which means that any person with knowledge of this type of event can report those responsible to the police and the Public Ministry.
