The uprising was made by Bergantin tipthe City Hall of Villa Montellano and the Single Beneficiary System (Siuben) and reveals that 76.3% of respondents would like to receive training from tourismwhile 76.4% expressed interest in working in that industry in the future.
During the period November to December, the entities consulted 6,306 occupied homesof which, 15.5 % said they received training in the sector. Of this last percentage, 30.5% said the training was in a hospitality and tourism school.
The survey also revealed that 11.4 % of the residents of MONTELLANO VILLAa municipality, founded by the 1918, and that once depended on the sugar industry.
Bergantin tip It was announced in January 2023 as an ambitious plan that will cover the construction of 6,760 hotel rooms and 13,705 residential. The first hotels are already in execution.
