"Villa hurt me a lot in every way"

"Villa hurt me a lot in every way"

Tamara Doldán spoke on television (TV capture).

The 26-year-old girl who denounced the soccer player Sebastián Villa for sexual abuse, which occurred in June last year in a house in a country house in the Buenos Aires town of Canning, assured this Monday that the night she was attacked “was terrible”, that The Boca player “hurt her in every way” and even thought that “he was going to kill her.”

In an interview given to the TN news channel and to Telefé, Rocío Tamara Doldán, the 26-year-old woman who reported Villa to the Justice on May 13, assured that the doctors who treated her at the Penna Hospital the day after the alleged sexual abuse confirmed that, according to the injuries she suffered, she had signs of rape and advised her to file a complaint, but that she did not do so out of fear.

The young woman gave an interview to a television channel two days after the judge of Guarantees 1 of Lomas de Zamora, Javier Maffucci Moore, rejected last Friday the request for the arrest of the Colombian soccer player, considering that there was not enough evidence to leave him in prison.

“That night (June 26 last year) was terrible, because everything happened in a place where I was comfortable, with a person I loved. But suddenly it wasn’t like that anymore. It was very shocking, it hurt me in every way“, Said the young woman in the interview in which she was accompanied by her lawyer, Roberto Castillo, an occasion in which she acknowledged that after the abuse she left the soccer player’s house because he “everything hurt, especially the belly” and that “he had a hard time walking”.

In his story, Doldán explained that the day after the abuse, on June 27, 2021, he decided to go to the Penna hospital guard because he was in a lot of pain.

I was alone in my house, I was very ashamed to tell someone how it hurt, where it hurt, but I knew that I couldn’t be alone in my house. I went to the doctor because of the pain. The young woman assured the TN channel, adding that she was treated there by a gynecologist (René Legrand) who confirmed that she had “signs of rape” and advised her to file a complaint.

“I was very nervous, I was very pressured by the phone, because from his environment (by the soccer player Villa) I was threatened, they called me all the time, they left me messages, with threats, with requests that I not go to the doctor. Everyone was trying to communicate with me so that I could get out of there urgently,” he said of the intimidating calls.

Later, she stated that the doctor who treated her “confirmed that what she had was really not normal” and diagnosed her with “signs of sexual abuse.”

“She checks me and tells me to make a complaint, she asks me for other studies, but it is hard to admit that the person you are with raped you, when the doctor tells me, she tells me that she had signs of abuse and I started crying with She asks me for protocol studies and I tell her that she is my partner. That’s when she tells me that even though she was my partner, this was abuse, it was rape, “the young woman concluded.

However, the gynecologist Legrand assured the justice that she did not remember having treated the young woman and that the result of her control “was normal”, which was recorded in the medical history.
Later, in statements to the Telefé channel, Doldán stated that the night of the event, the Colombian soccer player did not let her leave her house in the country “Venados II”, until she finally convinced him.

I felt like I had to pretend I was okay to leave. I thought it was going to kill me or hurt me even more. all i thought”, Said the young woman, who also added that she felt “afraid” and that she thought “the worst”.

The complaint for sexual abuse was made by Doldán on May 13 before the Functional Unit of Instruction 3 of Esteban Echeverría Specialized in Gender Violence, in charge of the prosecutor Vanesa González, who days ago requested the arrest of the soccer player considering that there was a “danger of flight” and that being free could “hinder the investigation”.

However, Judge Maffucci Moore rejected the prosecutor’s proposal last Friday and suggested deepening the investigation.

The victim, who had a romantic relationship with Villa, recounted, first in writing and then in court, that the event occurred on the night of June 26, 2021, in the country “Venado II” of the Buenos Aires town of Canning where he lived. the soccer player and after a barbecue in which other players from the xeneize squad had participated.

According to the complaint, Villa had consumed “a lot of alcohol” and began to reproach him for suspecting that he liked them or that he had been with other players on the campus.

After having a strong discussion, both left the place and went to the soccer player’s house with a security employee and a friend of the player and there he said that Villa locked her in a room, sexually abused her and tried to suffocate herr, as detailed.

The young woman presented as evidence some exchanges of messages where Villa apologized for what happened and justified himself by saying that he had “drank a lot” and he also denounced that the soccer player sent him $5,000 so that he would not file a complaint, a sum that he later returned.
