Despite the fact that the figures for monetary poverty have been reduced, in many cities of the country the perception is that there is more and more begging and delinquency. It is usual to see at every traffic light people trying to fend for themselves.

However, although the majority of people who resort to this informality of asking for money at traffic lights to survive do so out of necessity, there have also been known cases of people who do it for business and ease.

Precisely this weekend a video went viral on social networks that shows the situation described. At a traffic light, apparently in Medellín, a subject with a sign claims to belong to a foundation for deaf and dumb people, which is why he asks drivers for help.

Seeing the situation, a subject decides to offer him a job carrying boxes for an hour, for which he proposes to give him $50,000. AAlthough it seems like a generous offer to work just one hour, the subject refuses and insists on going back to the traffic light.

It is at that moment that the ‘alleged deaf-mute’ is exposed, being frightened, shouting and claiming, which shows that he has no disability and unleashes the annoyance of the subjects who offered him work.
