The Mayor’s Office of Cali confirmed the capture of a man who allegedly arrived at the bridge in the La Luna sector – on the Suroriental Highway -, to intimidate young people with a firearm who were painting the mural “The cuchas are right.”
According to witnesses of the event, The young people noticed when the man got off a motorcycle and intimidated them with a firearm, to which they responded by recording a video to prevent the alleged attack.
“(…) Is he going to kill us? Is he going to shoot us? That doesn’t scare us. You are ‘paraco’!” expressed the people who recorded the video while intimidating the man to leave the place.

The Secretary of Security of Cali, Jairo García assured that the authorities arrived at the sector, They captured the man and took him to a police station.
“As soon as the police were informed, they acted quickly. This person was taken to the nearest police station so that the judicial process could progress. This person will have to assume a series of responsibilities as the judicial authorities determine,” he said.
