Precisely this week a video that exemplifies this situation went viral. In a recording that is just over 30 seconds long, it looks like a person in a wheelchairhelped by someone else, tries to enter a Medellin Metro car during rush hour.

The video shows that the person, no matter how hard he tries to be pushed into the car, cannot get on, and repeatedly the door collides with his wheelchair.

In the end, after trying several times, the wheelchair user resigns himself and must let go of the subway.
