Congressman denied the existence of the fight
In August, Congressman Espinoza was in the eye of the storm because there was already speculation about the existence of a fight between his wife and the worker with whom he was romantically linked.

This is not the only scandal in which the legislator has been involved, since in April of this year there was a journalistic report that implicated Espinoza and the legislator Kira Alcatraz, of Podemos Peru, for supposedly exchanging favors and hiring people close to him; one of them would be Stefany Cuya.
Congressman was expelled from his political party
The Secretary General of Popular Action, John Abbot reported in June that legislator Espinoza had been expelled due to the journalistic complaint that revealed that he was allocating resources from the Congress of the Republic for the registration of the Adelante Ancash party. It should be noted that Espinoza was the spokesperson for the parliamentary group until the end of April, after which he made his position available due to the scandal of the allocation of resources to register the Adelante Ancash political party.
