A dead shark was found by two young people in Sabana de la Mar, in Hato Mayor, causing surprise due to the encounter, which was broadcast live on the social network Facebook.
It all happened when one of them was walking in the aforementioned coastal town, when he noticed the presence of the animal and immediately took out his cell phone to report the incident, which was seen live by hundreds of spectators.
The young man who was filming not only showed the impressive size of the shark, but also described in detail the state in which the fish was found.
“This is something you don’t see every day,” he said, as he focused the camera on the shark’s lifeless body.
The video quickly went viral, generating a variety of reactions on social media, from concern for marine life to admiration for the young people’s bravery in capturing the moment.
