Insecurity in various locations in Bogotá continues to be a matter of concern for citizens, since unfortunately, this has become a daily occurrence among the inhabitants, who have been intimidated by criminals who on many occasions not only steal their belongings, but also threaten the integrity of citizens.
Just as it happened on the afternoon of February 18, after a brutal attack against a child under 14 years of age in the neighborhood Altos del Poblado, in the town of San Cristóbalwho was injured after three criminals accosted and stabbed him for stealing a drill.

Videos from security cameras in the sector recorded the moment the attack occurred. The teenager was walking towards his place of residence. with a drill that his father had ordered him to take homesince he had to do some chores.
In the images it is observed how this young man is cornered by the three criminals, who, without saying a word, pounce on him to take away the drill, While the struggle is taking place, one of them proceeds to stab him seven times.
Immediately afterwards, the victim is lying on the floor, with injuries to his back, abdomen, and arms. Fortunately, these injuries were not deep, which did not compromise any of the adolescent’s vital signs.

Once the attack took place, the minor was transferred to a nearby care center where he is recovering from his injuries. Despite the fact that the authorities have not ruled on the matter, which has been known up to now through information to a national media outlet, is that these criminals are still at large.
