The feminicide of Sheyla aceR is a wound and an open case. A video shows that the noncommissioned officer Darwin Condori -Assino de la Mindo- was at the Santa Luzmila police station on November 16, 2024.
The images contradict the version of the agents, who denied having seen the noncommissioned officer during that date.

Elsa Torres, the victim’s mother, reiterated that the police officers at that time assured him that they did not know the whereabouts of feminicide.
“The police said they do not know him, that they know nothing about him, and how he is entering the police station. Why so much injustice? No one is going to return me to my daughter, “said the desperate mother.

The clip shows that Darwin Condori entered the police agency around 1:00 pm that same day, but hours later, Sheyla Códor’s body was found in the department of this subject, in commas.
“There was concealment of information and negligence,” says the Arbizu & Gamarra study, which spread the video.
After this complaint, the Interior Ministry informed that after knowing the complaint, he ordered that the Office of Internal Affairs take immediate actions against those involved.
