Lawyer Daniel Felipe Briceno published a video in the last hours of this Saturday, March 25, in which you can see Ober Ricardo Martínez Gutiérrez the ‘Black Ober’ (ringleader of The Rastrojos-Coastal) throwing several death threats against merchants from various cities in the country, in retaliation for the capture in days gone by of his sentimental partner, Julieth Vanessa Martínez Cantillo ‘alias Johana’.

The offender is currently incarcerated in the Palogordo penitentiary center in Girón (Santander)after being transferred from in La Picota prison in Bogotáafter becoming evident who continued to extort various merchants in the country from this prison.

In the recording you can see Martínez Gutiérrez somewhat drugged, smoking a marijuana cigarette and drinking soup in what would be his cell.

“In any case, I forgot to tell you something, gentlemen Prosecutor’s Office with all due respect, if you don’t mind taking innocent people of mine like my wife, neither do I, I’m going to kill merchants in Bogotá, San Martín; Villavicencio; Saint Andrew of Guaroma; Soledad and Barranquilla”.

Alias ​​the ‘Black Ober’ continues with his threats, swearing and kissing a Christ that he carries on a chain.

“What is quiet is left quiet, if you mess with innocent people, I also mess with people and it will be the merchants. The merchants are going to pay me all of them, they die. That’s where you guys are going to cry,” she concluded.
