Preciado, who is in charge of the Chiriquí youth team, received a total of 8 votes out of a possible 22 (21 voted), to lead the voting and win the award for the first time in his career.
Chirican pilot Víctor Preciado was selected as the Manager of the Year for the 2022 season after a compilation of votes cast by members of the Board of Directors of the Panamanian Baseball Federation and members of the Technical Commission.
Preciado, who is in charge of the Chiriquí youth team, received a total of 8 votes out of a possible 22 (21 voted), to lead the voting and win the award for the first time in his career.
“It is an award from everyone, it is an award from the coaching staff, from my teammates too, without them it would not have been possible, the great support and dedication they give every day, that is an effort from all of us who work with this team” said Precious.
The second in the votes was the chepano Sixto Garibaldo at the head of the Potros de Panamá Este, with 6 votes in favor, followed by Ángel Sevillano from Panamá Oeste with 4, Rodrigo Merón from Coclé with 2 and Carlos César Maldonado from Darién with 1.
