In total there are 73 properties which are located in the departments of Antioquia, Boyacá, Caldas, Casanare, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Magdalena, Risaralda and Valle del Cauca. “Its illegal origin was revealed thanks to the investigative work carried out in coordination with the CTI (Technical Investigation Corps) of the Prosecutor’s Office, and its specialized groups of experts, accountants, forensics and surveyors, among others,” the information added.
In that line, There are eight properties in Bogotá that, apparently, are linked to Guillermo León Acevedo, alias “Memo Fantasma”, who is supposedly related to the Central Bolivar Bloc (BCB) of the AUC. There are also four farms in Cáceres, in the department of Antioquia (northwest), related to the AUC’s Héroes de Granada Bloc, as well as a property in Necoclí, in the same region, associated with that group’s Elmer Cárdenas Bloc.
