In the same session, Vice President Rodríguez reported on her meeting with the president of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, ZhengShanjie. At this meeting, both leaders ratified their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and signed a new agreement to promote cooperation in key areas, focusing on the financial and energy sectors.
He explained that he later met with his Chinese counterpart, Vice President Han Zheng, at the Great Hall of the People. This dialogue focused on the implementation of the work route agreed upon during the official visit of President Nicolás Maduro to China in 2023.
