For the executive vice president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, “the 7 Transformations are intrinsic to popular consultations” to resolve the people’s requests.
Rodríguez affirmed that the popular power is ready to decide that in leading democracy progress can be made in the construction and development of the country.
The vice president participated this Friday from the El Recreo parish in Caracas (in the Aponwao Commune), in an assembly for what will be the fourth popular consultation, to be held this coming year. Sunday, November 23 throughout the national territory.
Project presentation
The Aponwao commune presented seven projects that will be voted on this Sunday, November 23, according to one of the spokespersons.

Regions prepare for the 23N consultation
It should be noted that the fourth National Popular Consultation will be held throughout the country to choose the projects nominated by the communities.
In Anzoátegui, 1,417 projects will be nominated in the fourth National Popular Consultation to be held this Sunday throughout the country.
The head of the citizen and community organization cabinet of the state government, Ranier García, reported that election day will allow the election in the entity of 205 prioritized projects for the same number of community circuits, which will later be financed by the national government for their execution.
García explained that each community circuit, in citizen assemblies, proposed 6 to 7 projects.
For this consultation, called by President Nicolás Maduro, 379 voting centers will be available, with 461 tables, distributed in the 21 municipalities for election day in the state.
