Teachers are the central axis of the country and they have shown it in very difficult times, such as the pandemic, during which they did not lose classes in their objective of training the future of the country, the executive vice president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted on Monday. .
During his participation in the Meeting with the Structures of the Educational Quality Development Centers of Caracas, an event that takes place at the Miguel Antonio Caro high school, located in the Sucre parish, Rodríguez stressed that “teachers are the central axis of the country, and they have demonstrated it in very recent times. I remember Professor Aristóbulo to maintain the education of our boys and girls. They did not miss classes during the pandemic.
For the Vice President, teachers “are heroes of the homeland” who are committed to “educating the future of the country.”
“On that path, the teachers are always at the forefront. No matter the situation, you build the epic to educate the future of the homeland, ”she added.
In this sense, the governor of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, highlighted the ability of Venezuelan teachers to reinvent themselves in times of pandemic, to maintain the right to education in the country.
Commitment of the President
In this regard, the Vice President emphasized the commitment of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to keep the teachers of the country in training in order to guarantee a free, independent and quality education in the country.
“The President has given us the task of this great movement for the quality of education, this should lead us to a better future, it is the accompaniment of teachers,” he said.
Faced with this training and knowledge event, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez stressed that “we are giving birth to a new era, a new Venezuela, through the 3R.Nets implemented by the Executive: Resist, be reborn and revolutionize.”
Work implemented by teachers
During the meeting, the teaching staff exposes the work implemented from the Congress of the New Era, before the national authorities in the meeting of structures of centers of development of the Educational Quality of Caracas.
Also participating in the event are the governor of the state of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, the Minister for Education, Yelitze Santaella, as well as spokespersons for the educational sector, parish leaders and defenders.

The Educational Quality Development Centers are decentralized territorial instances that direct the educational policy from the territory for the fulfillment of plans, programs and projects, which comply with the educational policies contemplated in the Venezuelan laws and the Plan of the Homeland 2019-2025.
