The Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that the presentation of the Nobel Prize in Norway was “a wake, a failure.”
«What happened today in Norway was a wake, a total failure, the show failed. The lady did not show up, they say out of fear, because in Norway the people rose up. In Norway, the people took to the streets for what is a prize stained in blood,” said the vice president during the Assembly of the People in Defense of the Sovereignty for the Peace of Our America.
Rodríguez also pointed out that the presentation of these awards was attended by “those who raised their hands in favor of the genocide of the Palestinian people. They ended up there to applaud a bloody prize. There they were all very arrogant, but they failed and will continue to fail.
«If you look closely, those who supported the genocide of the Palestinian people who went to the Nobel Peace Prize, only discredited an award that is well discredited. Because it is an award that important presidents have received, authorities who have dropped tons and tons of bombs on the people of our world,” he said.
Likewise, he highlighted the strength of the people of Norway, who took to the streets to protest against the Nobel.
Likewise, he praised the masses who raised their voices “not only to protest against the Palestinian genocide, but who are also rising up against the United States, Europe, against the aggression against Venezuela.”
In that sense, Rodríguez emphasized that if the US were to carry out an attack against Venezuela, “we do not hesitate to say that it would be its worst failure, its worst defeat and we are going to give it to them here in this hemisphere, which is Bolívar’s hemisphere.”
