The norm indicates that the invitation to Boluarte is given “On behalf of the President of the Republic of Peru, Mr. Pedro Castillo Terrones, where more than 2000 leaders and experts from around the world, geopolitical, geoeconomic and the most important public health of the last three decades will meet.”
