A high -level delegation of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) was received by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, in order to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation against the geopolitical challenges and the imperial aggressions facing both peoples.
Through her social networks, the vice president informed that the Bolivarian Nation and the largest of the Antilles will continue “building concrete work agendas between the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and the Communist Party of Cuba” as part of the integral cooperation “to overcome the criminal economic blockade of which both countries are victims.”
The PCC delegation has been in Caracas since September 17, fulfilling a work agenda to strengthen the brotherhood. It was received by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Madurolast Friday 19 at the Miraflores Palace.
During the meeting, the Venezuelan president urged the Cuban delegation to establish joint action plans between the PCC and PSUV where aspects of the new leaderships are addressed to face the imperial attack.
Previously, the delegation met with the general secretary of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, as well as with the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguezand paid honors to Liberator Simón Bolívar in the National Pantheon.
During these meetings, the PCC delegation reaffirmed the unrestricted support of the Cuban revolution to the Venezuelan government in the face of the threats facing the United States.
