Municipality will present communication system
The Municipality of Cerro Largo will present next Friday the 13th, its open Institutional Communication System, via WhatsApp.
The System aims to provide citizens with information about services, procedures, consultation on tax debt, due dates and other aspects of management.
Through messages that can be sent to the number 092265265, interested parties can access the administration through a digital door, which contains automated information.
If such information fails to provide a response, the system passes into the hands of duly trained operators, who will be in charge of responding to the concern raised.
In the presentation scheduled for 10:00, in addition to Mayor José Yurramendi and officials responsible for the service, representatives of the system provider firm will be present.
