Due to the landslide on the road, the total closure is maintained for emergency in the Vía La Calera corridor. Relief agencies are present in the area.

For her part, Claudia López requested that, “pPlease don’t take that route. We will keep it closed until we can secure, drain and evacuate for everyone’s safety“.
This emergency leaves one person dead and according to the videos that have been posted on social networks, the situation is delicate, so relief units have arrived to evacuate the victims of the collapse.
The governor of Cundinamarca said that “since @CundinamarcaGob @RCUNDINAMARCA we serve at this time the emergency in La Calera. I ask the Concession for immediate presence, a forceful response and greater agility. All our relief agencies are in the municipality, we remain on alert.”
